In 2003, Arizona instituted a statewide pilot program for domestic abuse; the primary aim was to reduce the number of domestic violence cases that were accumulating in the criminal courts.. Attorney Glenn Allen, one of the founding partners of our firm, was one of the first two attorneys in the state to manage this program. Attorney Allen oversaw the development of a new division of domestic violence courts in Pinal County. Attorney Allen brings his unique insight and experience from this leading role in Arizona's domestic violence pilot program to our firm's defense of domestic violence prosecutions.
